Eric is in his 20th season at Culver City Volleyball Club, coaching the first 18 y/o boys and 16 y/o girls volleyball teams in the club.

His coaching career began at Culver City Middle School, where he led the Panthers to a Basin League Championship and more importantly developed a love for coaching. At the club level, Eric has had much success coaching at all age levels ranging 12U- 18U. He is dedicated and passionate about the game and wants his teams to learn to play with energy and effort, to work hard, and have fun while developing a life-long love for the game.  In his spare time, Eric often volunteers his time to teach volleyball to inner-city youth.

Eric earned his BA in Psychology and his Masters in Social Work from Cal State University, Long Beach, and currently works in LAUSD as a school social worker.

Eric and his wife Tammi, reside in Los Angeles with their son while their daughter is currently attending college on the east coast where she is playing volleyball.
